What are you celebrating?

WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR ABILITY TO CREATE LIFE!
(would you do it any differently, really?)

Nutella & Organic Peanut Butter, together
Swiss Dark Chocolate
Bogle Vineyards: Petit Syrah

Also...

Whole loaf of bread
1 avocado
1 block of Bulgarian Feta Cheese
EVOO
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

1.make medium slices of the bread and toast lightly
2.mix EVOO and balsamic vinegar (about equal parts)
3.when bread is toasted pour the EVOO and Vinegar mix over the toast
4.cut avocado in half, slice one side into 4 parts, put 1-2 parts on each slice of bread
5.crumble the feta and either chunk or sprinkle over the avocado
6.ENJOY!!!
