So, I never imagined that I would be in this place again. Starting over. This year has come full circle. I find my self regretting the past, yet still holding on to it...doing my best to move forward despite my stubborness to look back. Returning to what keeps me grounded and trusting in Him as much as my emotions will allow.
Last year it was leaving a job that tore me down day after day, this year, well, let's just say my heart has never felt this kind of pain before. Trying to focus on what tomorrow will bring; who I'll be, who I'll meet. Amazing friends surround me and support me to the utmost. I am so thankful for their love, patience, and understanding.
What have I learned from this year? Good question. I'm still working on that one, but here's a start...
-Be thankful for and listen to your friends-they know you better than you do
-Guard your heart about all else
-Love deeply
-Pray faithfully
-And take each moment, each breath, like it may be your last; because you will never get that back again.
